The one-on-one support is unbelievable. Whenever I need to transmit a document, I can call and they walk me through it, educate me, and help me work directly with the retailer. They’re always available to talk, super helpful and personable, and give me confidence that I’m doing something complex correctly. They’ve made EDI easy to understand and transmitting documents feel very turnkey. They also made the setup really easy.
