I have been using eZcom Lingo for over 10 years. My industry requires us to process some of our orders via EDi, while i am quite knowledgeable of the ins and outs, i still have questions and doubts if i am doing things correctly. Unlike all other platforms that have switched over to chatbots and Q&A forums... eZcom has always been there with an exceptional support team to guide and help me over the phone in matter of seconds!
i have been approached by many new EDI providers... but i stay loyal with eZcom!

The customer service! I'm impressed by how quickly my calls are answered and how much patience they show me. I'm relatively new to this software, and the more I use it, the more intuitive it becomes.
