I loved Grow for the first few years we used the platform. I loved each dashboard could be customized as needed and it was easy to train others on the Grow widgets. We were sold a base plan of 10 dashboards and were told that each additional dashboard was a flat fee. But that number would go up and down as long as we had the 10. This has completely changed now. We had 19 dashboards almost 2 years ago and continue to be charged for 19 when we are utilizing less than that. Additionally, a $500 charge has been applied to our bill. We were told it was an accident and we would receive a credit on our bill of $500 moving forward but they would not fix the original oops. We continue to be overcharged by $500. So originally I told everyone about the great things about Grow and now I only tell the billing nightmares.

We started using Elite years ago, and it’s been very intuitive for building routes for our drivers. It also makes it easy to track our multiple daily routes. Overall, it provides good data in a clear, easy-to-read interface.

What I like the most about Elite EXTRA is that it is very helpful with organizing our deliveries and able to get a general idea of how far the person is from the customer's home. It also helps keep track of the drivers, how close they are to each destination, and if they have gone further than expected or off track. It's just a very good organizational app to have . Additionally, the initial setup of Elite EXTRA was very easy, with the product setup being really simplistic.
