Console’s AI automation playbooks are my favorite part of the product. They handle action-based requests end-to-end, and we can build them in natural language using an AI chatbot that guides us through the process. With just a click, we describe what we want the playbook to do, and it’s done. Console securely connects to our different platforms and executes changes accurately and reliably. The Console team is just as impressive as the product. They’re always available and willing to help. We have weekly meetings where they address any questions or issues we run into, which is rare. We also have both a dedicated sales contact and an engineer supporting us. Console was easy to implement and integrates seamlessly with our other platforms. We use Console almost every day, and it has helped our team become significantly more efficient. Overall, the Console product and team are EPIC. They’ve been incredibly helpful in our day-to-day work and a huge asset to our team.
