The responsiveness of the bot and also replied from Console to Slack is near instant. The console team are amazing, they listen to feedback, they build for customers and fix bugs insanely quick! Customer Support is superb, we have a shared slack channel. Is widely used within the organisation, and initial feedback has been very positive. All integrations are easy to set up and documented. Slack App/Bot is super easy for anyone to use, near on daily with more usage coming with other teams using it (PeopleOps, Workplace Ops, RevOps and Finance)
