Modernizing Employee Communication Across Multiple Properties

What I appreciate most about ChangeEngine is how much it has simplified large-scale employee communication across a distributed workforce. With more than 40 hotel properties spread across multiple states, reaching employees in a consistent way (especially frontline and hourly team members) used to be time-consuming and often fragmented. The platform has allowed us to centralize communication through SMS, email, and branded resource pages in a way that feels intuitive and user-friendly for both administrators and employees. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which has noticeably reduced the time we spend building, organizing, and distributing communications. A major benefit has been stronger engagement and better visibility into what’s working. We can track open rates and employee interaction more effectively, which helps us understand which messages are resonating and where we may need to adjust our approach. The ChangeEngine team has also been extremely responsive and collaborative during implementation and in ongoing use. They’re open to feedback, proactive with ideas, and willing to customize solutions to better fit our operational needs. Overall, the platform has improved efficiency, strengthened communication consistency, and helped modernize the employee experience across our portfolio.
