Effortless Automation and Exceptional Collaboration

I love the automation of email moments in ChangeEngine. It takes tasks off my plate at work, allowing me to focus my attention on other high priority concerns. I also appreciate the collaboration that the team provides in idea sharing to make moments that matter for our team. ChangeEngine is the ideal blend of great people and a strong product. I genuinely love working with my customer success team—they truly feel like an extension of our own team. The tool is incredibly easy to use, and they’re constantly rolling out enhancements that improve the UX/UI and deliver even more value for us as clients. They take feedback and requests seriously, and they’re always quick to jump in and support. Before ChangeEngine, my company relied exclusively on Outlook to manage our global communications. What is ChangeEngine?

The challenge people leaders face is that the employee experience design process resides across distributed teams, disparate HR systems, and in many cases, spreadsheets & powerpoints. Once people programs are launched, there’s an initial buzz, then they get swept under the rug in sixty days and it’s onto the next burning need. Creating & executing best-in-class people programs to treat employees like internal customers is extremely manual and time-consuming—they include many moving parts such as goals, branding, content, communications, timeline, rewards, and ROI. In the hybrid workplace, there’s no effective way to manage this. We’re here to change that—our goal is to elevate the role of people leaders everywhere and help them to sustain their people program utilization over time. We’re empowering them to showcase the impact of the people org to their leadership team & board while helping them to get executive buy-in and unlock more budget internally to experiment & run innovative people programs. ChangeEngine’s founder DNA is the fusion between HR & Marketing Tech with RolePoint co-founders and Gigya, WorkSpan, & Sendoso execs.
