ChangeEngine Makes Communication Fun, Interactive, and Insightful

ChangeEngine has genuinely changed the way we think about communication. It goes beyond “just sending emails” and instead creates a space where announcements feel fun and interactive, especially with video and GIF embeds. The data insights are excellent for tracking engagement, but what truly sets ChangeEngine apart is the customer support. The team is highly proactive and turns around design requests with impressive speed. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, backed by an even stronger team.

Global Communications made easy with ChangeEngine

The thing that I like best about ChangeEngine is that it simplifies the process of working with the tool. Communication is what we do most of the day as HR professionals, and ChangeEngine has simplified our lives by providing templates, email scheduling, and making even mundane emails seem more appealing to read. It provides us with structure and consistency in everything from onboarding to engagement and other notifications without being robotic.

What is ChangeEngine?

The challenge people leaders face is that the employee experience design process resides across distributed teams, disparate HR systems, and in many cases, spreadsheets & powerpoints.
