The user interface is very friendly. Since I had already used other platforms like Workday, I find Betterworks smoother and easier to navigate. The platform’s integration with other tools like Slack is also seamless, and it’s especially helpful because updates that need attention are shared directly in Slack. Betterworks loads very quickly and feels responsive. Support has been responsive and friendly as well, and issues are addressed quickly. For my performance reviews and other tasks, when I type in details I can use the AI feature to refine the content and make changes, which is very helpful for me.

What I like most is the ability to specify percentages and clearly outline the working steps.
