Effortless Goal Management, Room for Visual Refinement
I like how easy the visuals are as you progress towards the overall goals. The color scheme lets me quickly see where we are doing well and where we need to make improvements. The initial setup of Betterworks was very easy, and I love it.

It has a full set of features for tracking performance, along with an intuitive UI. I also like the AI option for improving the wording of comments. On top of that, it lets me track 1-1 conversations and create OKRs with KPIs. Overall, it performs fast and feels responsive.
