What I appreciate most about Basware is that it operates as a cloud solution, which means there are no license limitations.

On average, we process about 30,000 invoices per month, so we need a workflow that’s organized and managed in a single system. The P2P interface clearly displays the invoice workflow and routes each item to the next step in the process. It integrates with Workday, and we’ve also used Basware with other ERP solutions in the past. The UI handles our volume well, and we rarely run into performance issues. Occasionally, invoices take longer to process than expected, but that isn’t typical. Overall, the system is competitively priced compared with similar AI, enterprise-scale invoice processing platforms, and support has been cooperative. There is fresh talent on the team and they continue to work hard to satisfy.
