I find Jira user-friendly and easy to use without any prior knowledge. I really like how it allows me to manage daily work and track work in progress effectively. The structured way of listing out problems, progress, and all actions is helpful. I appreciate that creating tickets and managing them through different scenarios like open, in-progress, and closed is straightforward. The progress bar is a standout feature for me, and setting up Jira was like a cakewalk, even though I was new to it.

I like how Jira is a good tool for planning roadmaps, features, and stories in my company. I've been getting the hang of it over the past three years. I find the ease of use and the UI really appealing. The recent integration of Rovo, an AI assistant for Jira, has been most helpful for getting tasks, planning, and organizing tasks. Since migrating from on-premise to the cloud version, it feels fast with a modern-looking UI, which I enjoy. The initial setup was easy for us as we access it via SSO in the browser only.

I like Jira's built-in support for Agile methodology, including Scrum and Kanban boards, as well as backlogs. These features provide project visibility, tracking issues across their entire lifecycle, allowing teams to see task progress and ownership clearly. I also find the visual representation of work in progress with the Scrum and Kanban boards valuable. They effectively display sprints, backlogs, and story points, which are helpful for managing workflows and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
