
I like that even though Spektr is a new company, there's a clear understanding of the underlying AML processes. The team is swift to reply and configure new or amended features based on feedback and suggestions, which makes it easier to use the product in reality. It's not a one-size-fits-all tool and allows for custom configurations, like implementing a CPR check for customer verification necessary for Danish requirements. As it is a fairly new company there is an element of learning by doing, meaning that the user manual is not razor sharp. This may lead to some errors as the customers are not as familiar with the system as the developers within spektr. Bridging this gap will be a key to ensure the customers are more self-reliant (though we all know that a new system will cause some configuration errors).
