Their technology for customer experience measurement is impressive, allowing me to automate surveys through various channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, or digital platforms to effectively gauge customer pulse. The reporting dashboard stands out with its extensive deep dive features, crucial for decision-making, and comprehensive analytics like churn, predictive, and sentiment analysis. I also value the strong integration capabilities of ZYKRR, integrating seamlessly with tools like Salesforce, CRM Next, Trishti, CleverTap, WhatsApp, and Netcore, which enhances my workflow. The platform delivers timely solutions and resolves production issues quickly, thanks to the responsive staff who are always ready to assist. I love using ZYKRR- Experience Management Platform for the past two years as it has been excellent in collecting feedback from all my customers. The setup process is super easy—obtaining the license and enabling the team to create surveys is straightforward. The impressive, flashy dashboards make viewing insights intuitive and straightforward, and I am consistently blown away by the insights provided. I wholeheartedly appreciate ZYKRR- Experience Management Platform's real-time data collection and insightful analytics, which provide actionable insights for my leadership and product teams, allowing them to address customer concerns efficiently. The flexibility to connect data from different sources such as websites, emails, SMS, and social media, and integration with Salesforce and other CRM systems, is incredibly impressive. This platform empowers me by simplifying the understanding of customer data segments and providing both transaction-level data insights and predictive strategic insights. The program is easy to use, highly scalable with excellent security measures, offers seamless availability, and it converts data to insights in real-time, which is unmatched by any other platform. Additionally, the design of feedback services is exceptional, making it a comprehensive all-in-one CXM platform. I'm very impressed with its cloud deployment and usability, especially in integrating with other tools and social media platforms, centralizing all data insights into a single location. The UI/UX of the platform is really cool and the depth of the insights that tool provides is quite interesting. It give a very crisp analysis of the data collected.

Nothing really. I haven't experienced any glitches till now. So not sure.

Social Media sentiment comparison amongst other airlines is convenient and informative. Suggestive gaps in Customer experience is handy to target the right correction

**What do you dislike about ZYKRR- Experience Management Platform?**

Not that I could think of anything, they have been very accommodating to tailor-made changes

**What problems is ZYKRR- Experience Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zykrr helped design the feedback questionnaire covering all touchpoints from booking experience to flight landing.
The feedback survey was received well, and we received a monthly response rate of 4-5% w.r.t to the industry average of 2-3%.
The NPS moved by +40 points in a year. This is a significant move, given the industry's best practices.
NPS survey was further mapped to the staff KPIs. Also, we had a monthly comprehensive action-based review to ensure we were working on the key issues to improve the customer experience.
