This product is probably the best that I have found for tracking and comparing competitive data. It allows all of the data collected to be shown in one place and is great for presenting social media information to the company as it is laid out in a way which people are able to understand. This program was a little complicated to run in the beginning. It took time to figure out where everything was located and how to run the data we needed. Also, this product technically no longer exists. It is now Rival IQ which I do not like as much. That is why our office is no longer a current user of the product. Also, you could not see which posts of the competitors were paid, so it was difficult to determine whether or not competitors were getting more views because of popularity or because they were paying to advertise.
