It eliminates the need to maintain and scale any on-premises security appliances. Having everything managed globally through a single console is extremely efficient and makes day-to-day administration much simpler. **What do you dislike about Zscaler Internet Access?** At times, troubleshooting can be challenging because the logging process isn’t always instantaneous. For example, if a user gets blocked from accessing a site, having to wait for the traffic logs to appear on the dashboard to understand why the user was blocked can take a while. **What problems is Zscaler Internet Access solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem: The cost of managing on-site firewalls and web proxies across multiple office locations was high, and it also led to fragmented security policies. But otherwise it's good.
