I appreciate Zscaler Internet Access for eliminating the need for hardware-based proxies, which has significantly simplified our network infrastructure and reduced complexity. The centralized management for Internet traffic across various geographic locations has made it much easier and cost-efficient. I find the diverse features extremely valuable, from cloud scalability and bandwidth control to advanced security features like DLP, firewall, antivirus, and IPS, all integrated into a single management pane. The seamless transition with professional services was smooth, and the security dashboard provides excellent visibility into our security posture, enhancing user-based security rather than relying solely on IP addresses. I couldn't find any negative thing apart from the geographical restrictions that some geographies put on the Zscaler cloud nodes because they see quite a lot of traffic coming from the same source, public subnets.
