Also, the company is continuously working on evolving new products which help in getting more clients from overseas. **What do you dislike about Tech Mahindra?** There isn't anything that I could think of. **What problems is Tech Mahindra solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think the way Tech Mahindra is generating employment and hiring a good number of talented freshers and giving them the chance to start their career on the right path is the biggest problem the company is solving. ### 2. Great product are being used. Company provides you the great benefit. People are best in the business. **What do you dislike about Tech Mahindra?** Job insecurity.. People work to keep their jobs... Every year in Dec people are asked to go without any explanation.. **What problems is Tech Mahindra solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employees provided with enormous benefit..
