There's a selection effect worth naming in judging these on both prevention and recovery. A provider that's genuinely excellent at proactive monitoring, catching plugin conflicts before they cause damage, will by design generate fewer real incidents, which means their reviewers have less to say about actual recovery speed, since there's less of it to observe. A provider whose reviews lean on describing fast recovery has, almost by definition, had more incidents to recover from. So the same review base can't really validate both "best at prevention" and "best at recovery" at once, the strongest prevention track record and the strongest recovery track record are likely to come from two different kinds of client experiences, not the same one.
