Zoom by Evolphin Reviews & Product Details

Evolphin Zoom MAM is a powerful, cloud-based digital/production/media asset management solution. It manages the total lifecycle of all digital assets, including traditionally hard-to-manage rich media files making them accessible to your remote and on-premises teams. Zoom MAM puts the power of AI in your hands and also helps you create a secure, efficiently-manage central repository for all your digital assets. Using AI, Evolphin Zoom MAM transforms the workflow of creative teams with features like AI-powered search, AI-generated rough cuts, face detection, logo detection, and much more. Other next-generation features like industrial strength version control, high-res file transfers, and built-in collaboration app all support creative teams as they grow and scale. Our patented front-end deduplication technology and zero-byte smart copy feature drastically reduce cloud storage costs by up to 20%. Evolphin Zoom MAM is the only solution that offers plugins for the entire Adobe Creative Suite. Our media asset management plugins cover workflows for Video Editing, Vector Art, Motion Graphics, Layout, Photo, Web Design, and more. No need to get a subscription for another collaboration app to implement reviews & approvals or to share assets with external users. Unlike competitors’ products, technical setup, consultations, and ongoing technical support come as part of our fully managed AWS Cloud SaaS package – we believe our customers shouldn’t have to hire additional technical staff to enjoy our products.

"Front-end Deduplication Saves Storage"

4/5

What do you like best about Zoom by Evolphin?

The way Zoom deduplicates content on the front end means that even when I copy or version files, I’m not duplicating huge gigabytes of data unnecessarily. It reduces storage costs a lot and keeps our system performant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom by Evolphin?

When your asset library grows into many petabytes or includes very large video files, browsing thumbnails, previews, or mass search can lag or take noticeable time, especially over network connections that aren’t high-bandwidth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom by Evolphin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Single-tenant deployments, protected SAN/NAS infrastructure, Zoom NonStop for high availability, audit trails, secure permissions. My organization stays compliant with regulations and internal policies; we can trust that sensitive assets are protected and disaster recovery is viable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The efficiency of asset retrieval, and the simple storage capabilities. Also, at the time of use years ago, the services offered were not tiered, which was good from our perspective as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom by Evolphin?

A bit more manual work required, compared to other DAM platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
