There isn’t anything in particular that stands out, but I think having an easy-to-use user manual or an AI bot would make things more interactive and user-friendly, especially for introverts. I was using another Crm platform for 2 years. Everything took time to do with not alot of benefits. Also when i needed support it was also very rarely available. Since i have started to use Zoho recruit i have been super impressed with the crm all round experience. Its ticks all my boxes for my requirements for my company. The layout is great.
