What do you like best about Zix Email Threat Protection?

What do you dislike about Zix Email Threat Protection?

There are MANY email content rules, filters and settings to adjust, so getting the program initially fine-tuned was a little bit of an undertaking. But at the same time having this much control isn't a bad thing at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zix Email Threat Protection?

I love the customizable interface. We are able to fine tune the filter to exactly what we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zix Email Threat Protection?

I do not like the inability to create a custom bypass code. A code I can give to a sender that is having issues getting through the filter that I can completely bypass the filters all together. It can slow down receiving critical emails when something is blocking it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zix Email Threat Protection?

What do you like best about Zix Email Threat Protection?

We just started using Zix. I like how they provide a daily update of spam, easy to navigate, and also provide security whenever I receive an email or have a link to open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did have my main work email hacked recently, though Zix did make me aware and also intercepted attempted hack on another of my emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Given my role, my work email is exposed and "out there" more than just about anyone else's where I work, as I'm the media relations person here; in fact, my email is the only one you can find on our website. Mail Tracking queue should allow 30 days minimal however haven't reviewed fully (might be able to expand). Hasn't been designated a priority to expand just an observation. Out of band SMS would be a good fit for encryption portal security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zix Email Threat Protection?

We have used Zix Gateway Email encryption for years (10+) and recently moved to the hosted solution along with their Spam protection product and has been a smooth transition for our organization. Great product(s). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zix Email Threat Protection?

No major complaints at the moment with the product. Email encryption is never something that is welcome by our customers (recipients) so from that aspect anything they can do to make the end user experience more friendly, then the better off we all are. not the most intuitive setup for the non Office365\Exchange admin. filter is a bit stringent. doesnt allow for personal emails to be sent to business address with similar names. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
