My favorite feature is its mobile-friendly self-service workflow system. I can log my field working hours, submit travel time adjustments, and request leave directly from my phone while I’m on job sites, making it really convenient when I'm out on the field. The centralized compliance and document storage is also extremely valuable for our work, as it lets me upload, store, and view all my training certificates and completed compliance courses, ensuring that we have audit-ready documents at all times. Additionally, the transparent approval process, showing real-time status updates on leave requests and submitted documents, stands out to me because it reduces miscommunication and makes scheduling smoother. What I appreciate most is that Zerone HCM removes the repetitive, manual HR busywork from my routine, so I can stay focused on collecting field data and conducting site assessments. **What do you dislike about Zerone HCM?** First, the mobile interface feels somewhat limited and clunky at times. While I can submit timesheets and leave requests, navigating through stored compliance documents is not streamlined. When I am on location and need to quickly pull up a copy of my active training certification for a client representative, loading documents often takes extra steps, and file preview functionality is inconsistent. A smoother mobile document viewer would make last-minute site verification far less stressful. Another pain point is the system’s lack of customized notification controls. Right now, alerts follow default settings, and I cannot tailor which updates get pushed to my mobile device. I receive a mix of general company announcements alongside critical notifications about my leave approvals or document review status. There is no simple way to filter priorities, so important messages occasionally get overlooked amid less urgent updates while I am busy conducting field inspections. **What problems is Zerone HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zerone HCM fixes a lot of messy HR admin issues that used to eat into my work time out in the field. Before we started using it, we tracked working hours, leave requests and compliance paperwork across scattered emails and separate Excel spreadsheets. It was easy to make mistakes logging field hours or lose track of expiring training certificates, which carries real compliance risks for our medical device field services work. The platform brings attendance logging, leave workflows, document storage and payslip access all into one place. I can submit my field timesheets and request time off right from my mobile device after finishing medical device site inspections. All my safety training and industry certification files are stored securely within the system, so I can quickly access proof of credentials whenever audits come up. This setup cuts down constant back-and-forth messaging with our HR lead and removes tedious manual data entry. Fewer paperwork errors also mean less follow-up to correct payroll or time tracking records.
