What problems is Zelos Team Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Zelos for a unique program that we have at our locally owned retail store. It's a large tech store called GigaParts in Huntsville, AL. We have a program called Connect Ambassadors. Members of our community who are passionate and knowledgable about the products we sell here in the store can become a member of the program. They receive rewards points for teaching classes, doing in-store advising for other customers, online chat help, and helping us with special events. These points can then be redeemed for cash or store credit.
I don't think this software was designed with this use in mind, but it works perfectly for us. I'm able to manage the entire program through Zelos. I use it to schedule and assign classes and hundreds of in-store advising sessions for all the members of the program. With its built-in chat functions, it's also the primary means of communication that I use to get the word aout about anything to our Connect Ambassadors.
The team at Zelos is also extremely responsive and have added features we've requested in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
