I like that the YourGPT chatbot is so customizable. We can train it with various possibilities, and it works super fast. We can consolidate all our knowledge and transfer it into the AI, which I find really good. We can also store the products, which is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about YourGPT Chatbot?**

We are currently having some difficulties with the issue that we cannot quite understand or it is not entirely clear how the credits are being used. We need a lot of credits, even though we have very little sales. I have to say, one had to get used to it a bit, but by now it's easier, at the beginning it was a bit more complicated.

YourGPT Chatbot accelerates our sales extremely and helps us assist the customer even faster. It enables us to efficiently integrate our knowledge into the AI.

I found this product really amazing for customer support — it’s super easy to get started. It offers a lot of advanced AI features, and I especially liked the training options where you can train your chatbot from multiple sources. The self-learning AI works great too. I was able to deploy my support bot within a single day, which saved me a lot of time. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

the pricing is a little high for some plans for small business who still need some pro features, since they dont use that many AI credits,  twilo or studio would be good on the starter plan.

just being the face of the business so keeping customers engaged , customers dont want to wait these days, though they dont like ai either, so keeping it human sounding and ability to hand off to human fast is important.

We were looking for such a solution for our company. The world is moving forward, companies need to develop, and AI-based chatbots represent a new quality in customer service. YourGPT has met all the requirements of the AI-based control panel we were looking for. I highly recommend it.
An easy-to-use control panel, great contact with support, and individual customization for the client - all of this works to the advantage of this solution. Rohit responds at night to give us quick answers when we inquire about various issues.

At the moment, I don't see any disadvantages to this solution; every day I discover new advantages.

I would say that there is nothing much to dislike it so far. I would say that they need to improve their documentation in terms of the chatbot studio.
