Available on both web and mobile platforms, YardPro enables users to create detailed maps of their properties, incorporating key features such as irrigation lines, valves, sprinklers, drains, utilities, and other essential elements. By utilizing GPS pins, photos, and notes, users can document and organize their property infrastructure directly from their devices, facilitating easy location of buried assets, assignment of tasks, tracking of work history, and prevention of costly mistakes like cutting underground lines. One of the standout features of YardPro is its smart leak detection system for irrigation networks. By integrating with YardPro's Smart Leak Sensors, users receive real-time data on their water systems, allowing for immediate detection of leaks, stuck valves, and inactive zones. This functionality enables precise monitoring of irrigation performance and water pressure, with live data and alerts that can be shared with family members, team members, or clients. The sensors are designed for easy installation and are built to withstand tough environmental conditions, ensuring reliable performance. YardPro is tailored to meet the needs of various user groups. Homeowners can manage their property maps with confidence, mapping every detail from irrigation zones to power lines and drainage systems. The app allows for the creation and assignment of tasks, tracking progress, and linking tasks to specific property markers. Additionally, the integration with Rachio systems simplifies irrigation management by importing and controlling irrigation zones directly within the YardPro app, providing a visual representation of each zone on the property layout. For commercial properties, YardPro offers tools to monitor water usage, detect leaks early, and reduce waste. Property managers can build detailed, custom maps for each property, pinning and tracking irrigation lines, power sources, landscaping features, drainage systems, and more. The app facilitates sharing of maps with teams and contractors, ensuring everyone has access to up-to-date information. Maintenance tasks can be assigned with clear instructions and deadlines, with real-time progress tracking and updates as work is completed. Golf course teams benefit from YardPro's ability to map every valve, zone, and underground line across all 18 holes, providing a living, digital map that remains current even as staff changes occur. The app supports the upload of drone surveys as GeoTIFF files, overlaying high-resolution aerial imagery directly onto the course map. This feature aids in visualizing drainage surveys, turf assessments, and renovation progress. Additionally, YardPro's sensors can be attached to pump systems, sending instant alerts to phones in the event of pressure drops, allowing for prompt responses to potential issues. Municipalities can utilize YardPro for smart management of public spaces, mapping assets such as irrigation systems, utilities, trees, lighting, and drainage. The app enables real-time sharing of updates, integration with smart irrigation technology for remote zone control, water usage monitoring, and leak detection.
