"Intuitive UI with strong features, but some features needs improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

we have been using Xurrent IMR(Zenduty) for incident management, alert management and oncall schedules we have it hooked up with our alerting and observability tools like sentry, the integration is very easy and straightforward.

We also use it to manage our oncall schedules we have created different teams and it also have a oncall schedule feature using which we can predefine oncall schedules for any given time and it automatically rotates and put the right person on their oncall turn

It also provides great analytics into alerts and incidents with ton of filtering options like service level, teams, users etc. metrics like MTTR and MTTD are very helpful we use it retrospect into our service health meetings.

Their mobile app is also great with pretty minimal and simple UX, one thing i love is the push notifications from their mobile app which can be interacted with to acknowledge or resolve the issue/alert without even opening their dashboard or acknowledging via phone call.

Postmorterm is a great feature that i really like and use very frequently it provides central place to write and track RCAs of the issues and keep it linked with the issue, instead of have to track and manage them separately.

onboarding to this tool was also very straightaway as it's readily available as a integration in tools like sentry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

Overall it works great and does the job but one issue i have noticed is for merging incidents in current UX a modal opens up and we have to search for incident to merge but for us that search API times out and i am unable proceed further, maybe this issue is specific to our org as number of alerts/incidents could be higher, but nonetheless this should be fixed.

i also have a suggestion on the UX of this flow, instead of opening a modal and have to merge incident one by one, we should be able to select multiple incidents as checkbox on the incident page itself and merge them together at once Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Incident Metrics and Powerful Reporting with Xurrent IMR"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

The best thing about Xurrent IMR is that it provides a clear view on incidents & operational metrics. It helps teams track issues very easily, efficiently and improves interaction between multiple stakeholders. This makes it easier to identify bottlenecks or common problems very fastly. The dashboard & reporting features are very useful for monitoring performance and making data driven decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

One thing I don’t like about Xurrent IMR is the UI and workflows which are not very descriptive feels complex, especially for new users who has no idea about tool. Some actions require you to navigate between multiple screens which are duplicate and can slow down day-to-day operation. Performance problems can occur when you are working with large datasets or generating large reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Affordable Incident Management with Standout AI and Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

Here's what I'd appreciate most about Zenduty/Xurrent IMR:

UI / UX

I really like how intuitive the interface feels overall — it's user-friendly and makes incident management straightforward. That said, I've noticed some friction points. When I dive deeper into configuration, simple tasks require multiple configuration steps, which frustrated me initially. I also experienced occasional UI sluggishness that breaks the flow. But once I got over the learning curve, I found myself navigating pretty efficiently.

Integrations

This is honestly my favorite part. Having over 150 tools integrated seamlessly means I don't have to context-switch between platforms. I can centralize everything in one place, which saves me serious time and mental energy during incidents.

Performance

I'm genuinely impressed with how fast we respond now. The platform reduces downtime by 50-90%, and I can feel the difference in my day-to-day work. Real-time alerts get to me reliably, so I'm not scrambling to find out about issues after they've already spiraled.

Pricing / ROI

The free tier is generous enough that I could test everything before committing. At $6/user/month for the Starter plan, it's affordable for my small team. My only gripe? Critical post-incident features like postmortems and SLAs require the $25/user/month Enterprise plan — I wish those weren't locked behind the premium tier.

Support / Onboarding

I appreciated how smooth my onboarding was. The support team made it easy and helped me find features for my specific needs. That made a big difference in getting up and running quickly.

AI / Intelligence

This is honestly transformative for my workflow. The AI reduces alert noise by up to 80% — I went from being bombarded with false alarms to only seeing actionable alerts. I can analyze incident trends and identify which services need more attention, so I'm now proactive instead of reactive.

Solid, affordable incident management tool with impressive AI. The integrations and analytics are my MVPs. I just wish the workflow automation were smoother and key features weren't gated behind premium pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

Here's what frustrates me about Zenduty/Xurrent IMR:

UI / UX

While it's generally user-friendly, I found that simple tasks require multiple configuration steps, and it feels unnecessarily convoluted. I also experience occasional UI sluggishness that's annoying when I'm trying to quickly respond to an incident. And honestly, there's a noticeable learning curve for new users — I wasted time figuring things out that should've been more obvious.

Integrations

While there are 150+ integrations, I wish the platform better documented which ones work best. Some integrations feel half-baked, and I've had to manually configure workarounds that should've been built-in.

Performance

My main frustration here is the search functionality. When I'm backtracking through incidents, the search results can mix multiple incidents, making it harder to quickly pinpoint a specific incident by keyword or ID. This is a real productivity killer during post-mortems.

Pricing / ROI

I'm genuinely annoyed by the feature gatekeeping. Key features like Single Sign-On, advanced alert suppression, and the Incident Command System are only available on Growth at $16/month, and critical post-incident features like postmortems and incident SLAs require the $25/user/month plan. It feels like I'm paying extra for features that should be standard. The free tier is nice, but you quickly realize it's missing essential capabilities.

Support / Onboarding

Once I got past initial onboarding, I found myself on my own more than I'd like. Documentation could be more comprehensive, and I've hit walls where I needed support but responses weren't as quick as I needed during critical moments.

AI / Intelligence

The AI is great at reducing noise, but workflow automation feels limited. I expected more intelligent automation — like automatic remediation suggestions or predictive alerting. Right now it's mostly about filtering noise, not proactively solving problems.

Schedule Management Transparency

This is a big one for me — the platform lacks transparency in schedule management, with no activity logs or override history. When something goes wrong with on-call rotations, I can't easily trace back what happened or who made changes. That's frustrating from an accountability and audit perspective.

Overall good foundational platform, but it feels like it's charging premium prices for features that competitors include standard. The automation story is underwhelming, and the lack of transparency in critical areas (schedules, audit logs) makes me hesitant to fully trust it at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup with Impressive Alert Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

I use Xurrent IMR for alerting and monitoring. I like how it makes alert dashboards look more organized and nice, and it makes understanding alerts easier. I can understand schedules better, and the filtering of alerts is easier. What I like most is the notification system, especially how it can be configured to our needs and its timeliness. Despite having my mobile on silent mode, these notifications quickly grab my attention. The ability to route alerts to SMS, email, and push notifications is impressive. The initial setup was very easy, and I haven't come across any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Onboarding, Quick Alerting, and a Great Customer UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

I really like the customer side UI. The team helped us migrate from pagerduty using the integrations very quickly. Onboarding was a breeze. The perfomance of the product in terms of alerting is very quick. Very nicely priced as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

On the incedents page i would really like buttons to clear filter and see my saved filter without multiple clicks.

also if im part of multiple teams, i would like a easier view on when im going on call. The mail is a good indicator but i would want to see my on calls which are coming in next Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Xurrent IMR: Seamless Integration and Responsive Alerts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

I think Xurrent IMR is great because it offers a free trial and almost 170 integrations, which provide fantastic flexibility. The customer support team is also very helpful and always available for assistance whenever I need it. I value the product's ability to send instant alerts when a new customer support request is assigned to me, which helps me maintain a quick initial response time. The generic integration allows me to integrate with any application, and I like the workflows that help automate regular tasks and reduce manual effort. I also appreciate the alert rules feature, where I can define as many conditions as I want on incoming payloads. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the super helpful YouTube videos and documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable App with Broad Tool Support and Timely Call Intervals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

It supports a wide range of tools. The app is reliable, and we receive calls at the proper intervals as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

The UX of Zenduty web feels weird. We have to go to Teams and then Operations to add things, which isn’t very intuitive. It’s also missing some analytics, like being able to see how many times we got an incident, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Xurrent IMR’s AI SRE: The First Tool That Feels Truly Intelligent"
5/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

I’ve been on call for five years and used three tools before this. Xurrent IMR’s AI SRE is the first one in this category that doesn’t feel like just a summary wrapper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

Honestly, they’re so focused on perfection that new features sometimes arrive a bit late, but I’m fine with that because the team is really committed to quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
