What do you like best about SimpliRoute?

What do you dislike about SimpliRoute?

It could have more third-party integrations, such as a route that automatically updates with data from an Excel file, identifying different delivery dates. That would be magical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimpliRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having Simpli suggest a route with certain limitations for each unit greatly speeds up planning. Data capture at delivery, since we handle cash on delivery, greatly facilitates cash reconciliation. Likewise, being able to track the delivery drivers and ensure they are not playing tricks is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpliRoute?

What I like most about the software is that it saves me time. It makes my workdays more efficient, as it helps me with direct communication with my clients and we can have quick solutions for logistical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpliRoute?

There are few things I don't like about the software. At first, I had trouble connecting with the iPhone, but technical support always helped me. Another thing is the estimated delivery time for orders. It doesn't update in real-time from my platform (Administrator account). Another detail that happened to us a few times was that it didn't notify customers via WhatsApp when we were on the way, as WhatsApp had disconnected, but after a very short meeting, they resolved it immediately. What problems is SimpliRoute solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves for me is customer contact. Before, I had to add each contact to whom we made deliveries and then write to them via WhatsApp Business, but the software simplifies this for me, as the conversation is created automatically.
