XREC Reconciliation Reviews & Product Details

Reconciliation gets hard when volume does: millions of transactions spread across banks, payment providers, ERPs and internal systems, matched by hand until the close runs late and nobody can say which items are still open. XREC, from Calixys, automates that work from end to end. It loads files from your sources in whatever format they arrive, matches transactions with rules you define, and isolates what could not be matched so your team works on exceptions instead of on every line. Across Calixys customers, XREC reaches an average matching rate above 99%. Built for finance, treasury and operations teams at payment providers, marketplaces, banks and large corporates, XREC helps you: - Match complex flows automatically: one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many, with tolerances on amounts, dates and text fields, plus a combinatorial mode for aggregated or fragmented flows - Follow the money across several parties: reconcile back-office, payment provider and bank in one chain, so an anomaly can be traced back to its origin - Resolve exceptions with a full trail: orphans and duplicates are detected automatically, assigned to owners and investigated internally or with external partners through a tracked case file Integrate without custom development: import XLS, CSV, SWIFT, XML, CFONB and other formats, schedule the whole chain from import to matching, and push transactions or trigger jobs through the API - Feed your ERP: generate accounting entries from matched items Stay in control at scale: transaction-level detail is kept without aggregation, with archiving, role-based access, two-factor authentication and a complete audit log XREC's data model is neutral by design, so a single platform can cover bank reconciliation, payment provider flows, intercompany, stock or fund balances, and your scope can grow without changing tools.
