What is Xitoring? Xitoring is an all-in-one monitoring platform for servers, websites, and status pages, with AIOps built in. It replaces the typical stack of separate tools — an uptime checker, a server monitoring agent, and a status page service — with one dashboard, one lightweight agent, and one flat, predictable price. Teams use Xitoring to know about problems before their customers do: a website going down, a disk filling up, an SSL certificate expiring, a cron job silently failing, or a database running out of memory. When something breaks, the right person is alerted within one minute through the channel they actually answer. Who is Xitoring for? Xitoring is built for DevOps teams, system administrators, managed service providers (MSPs), hosting companies, SaaS businesses, and growing SMBs that self-manage Linux or Windows infrastructure. It delivers the feature depth teams expect from enterprise monitoring suites, at a price point and setup effort that fits teams of one to five hundred. MSPs can manage monitoring for multiple clients from a single account with team access and role-based permissions. Setup: one command, no configuration files Install the Xitogent agent with a single command — curl on Linux, MSI on Windows — and it immediately auto-discovers what is running on the server and starts monitoring it. More than 30 services are detected and configured automatically, including Nginx, Apache, IIS, PHP-FPM, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, KeyDB, Docker (hosts and containers), RabbitMQ, Kafka, HAProxy, Varnish, Supervisor, and CouchDB. Supported platforms: Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, RHEL, Rocky Linux, Amazon Linux, and Windows Server 2016 and later. Uptime monitoring Uptime checks run at 1-minute intervals from more than 15 global probing nodes. Every outage is verified from multiple locations before an alert fires, eliminating the false positives that plague single-location checkers — you get paged for real incidents, not routing hiccups. Check types: HTTP and HTTPS with keyword, status-code, and response validation; Ping (ICMP); DNS; API; Mail (SMTP, IMAP, POP3); FTP; TCP; UDP; Heartbeat; and Cron job monitoring. Heartbeat and cron checks catch the failures nothing else catches: backup scripts that stopped running, queue workers that died quietly, scheduled tasks that never fired. SSL certificate and domain expiry monitoring are included, with advance warnings before expiration — preventing the most avoidable outages of all. Server monitoring The Xitogent agent collects metrics at 1-minute resolution: CPU per core, load averages, memory, swap and page file, disk usage and I/O, IOPS, network traffic per adapter, and the state of processes and services. Historical data and trends support capacity planning and post-incident analysis. Docker monitoring covers both hosts and individual containers, with per-container CPU, memory, network, and state — so you can tell instantly whether a problem lives in a container or the underlying server. Alerting: 20+ notification channels Alerts route through more than 20 channels: Email, SMS, Phone Call, Mobile Push, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat, Mattermost, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Splunk On-Call, Spike.sh, Ntfy, Gotify, Pushover, Pushbullet, Webhooks, and Zapier. Notification roles let you route different servers and checks to different people and teams, so the database alert reaches the DBA and the website alert reaches the web team. AIOps: monitoring you can talk to Xitoring includes a built-in AI assistant that is wired directly into your metrics, charts, and incidents. Ask plain-English questions — "which servers are running hot on memory this quarter?", "what likely caused last night's alert?", "compare disk growth across my web servers" — and get ranked, specific answers grounded in your actual data, not generic troubleshooting advice. Through the Xitoring MCP server (Model Context Protocol), AI assistants and agents such as Claude and Cursor connect directly to your monitoring: reading metrics, inspecting incidents, acknowledging alerts, and creating or modifying monitors. Your team's AI tooling gets the same access as the web panel. Xitoring is one of the few monitoring platforms at any price point that works natively with AI agents. Status pages and incident management Publish public or private status pages, hosted on your own domain and fully white-labeled with your branding, colors, and logo. Component status updates automatically from real check results — no one has to remember to post an update during an outage. Announce scheduled maintenance in advance, post incident updates from detection to resolution, and reduce support ticket volume when things go wrong. Incident management is built in, with root-cause context attached to every incident: which check failed, from which locations, what changed on the server, and which services were affected. Apps, API, and integrations Native iOS and Android apps keep on-call engineers covered anywhere, with push notifications and full incident visibility. **What do you like best about Xitoring?**

As one of the main developer at my company, we have a lot of users, and have built a lot of applications on several servers / cloud systems with digital-ocean. Last year we got the newsletter from DigitalOcean, that Xitoring is available for their services, so we wanted to give them a try. Since then I and my team are more than happy to use them to monitor our servers, apps and also websites from our clients which we are hosting. The status page is great and well designed, the custom dashboards are very handy for my team to keep an eye on resource management and upgrade services once we are overloaded. Thanks!

**What do you dislike about Xitoring?**

Nothing at the moment that I can say here! Everything is top, price, service, support are all 10/10

**What problems is Xitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you have a lot of servers and cloud hosting from different providers, and want to keep an Eye of all of them in one place, it is very hard to do. Xitoring helped us to have all of our servers, domains and even SSL certificates monitored at one place, and we can now provide status pages to our VIP users to see the SLA of the systems, which has added more value to our business

**What do you like best about Xitoring?**

Having tried various solutions for uptime monitoring, SSL monitoring, API management, and Linux server support, I can confidently say that this program has exceeded my expectations. 

The uptime monitoring feature ensures that I am always aware of any downtime issues with my websites or servers. it provides real-time alerts and detailed reports to help me quickly identify and resolve any potential problems.

The SSL monitoring functionality is invaluable in today's digital landscape. it helps me ensure the security of my websites by constantly checking the validity and strength of their SSL certificates. this gives me peace of mind knowing that my visitors' data is properly protected.

One standout aspect of this program is its robust API management capabilities. it allows seamless integration with various third-party services and applications, making it incredibly versatile for managing different aspects of my online presence.

As someone who primarily works with Linux servers, I appreciate how well-integrated this program is within the Linux environment. The ease of use combined with powerful features makes managing Linux servers a breeze.

furthermore, having support for multiple website protocols adds even more flexibility to this already comprehensive solution. whether it's HTTPs, FTPs, SMPTs, or any other protocol you need to monitor or manage—this program has got you covered.

**What do you like best about Xitoring?**

Setting up monitoring for our websites has never been easier thanks to Xitoring. The straightforward setup process, coupled with the user-friendly interface, makes it a breeze to configure and manage monitoring for servers in our company. The depth of information provided by Xitoring's reports and analytics is impressive, allowing me to make informed decisions about my website's performance and stability. Xitoring has become an indispensable part of my toolkit for maintaining a reliable online presence.

There is actually not much I can dislike about them, however the mobile application can have a better design and more user friendly. But it is doing its job which is push notification in the right moment!

**What problems is Xitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are having a lot of servers in the USA and Europe which we need to monitor, these servers are ourself or from our customers, however to keep everything running smoothly, Xitoring was the best choice for us. After using Xitoring as our monitoring application, our team is getting notified in minutes about any network loss or server issue and can solve it before clients notifying it.
