**What do you like best about Xeno?**

I find that "Xeno" is a very interesting and innovative app. The features are well thought out, and the design is appealing and modern. I particularly like the ability to interact quickly and easily with other users. The app offers a variety of features that make the user experience exciting and diverse. The functions are extensive and versatile.

**What do you dislike about Xeno?**

A small drawback is that the app sometimes responds a bit slowly, especially on older devices. Additionally, some features could be designed to be more intuitive, as you sometimes have to search a bit to find certain options.

**What do you like best about Xeno?**

The onboarding was meticulous and the team was available all the time to help guide the integration.  All the queries were answered patiently and, almost, instantly. We also had great support during the migration process despite being a holiday weekend. Weekly calls are scheduled to check on any post-migration issues and are resolved promptly.

**What do you dislike about Xeno?**

Self-serve capabilities within the dashboard are not yet available and there is a reliance on human intervention for a few processes which slows down the activities, at times.

**What problems is Xeno solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Xeno has helped us move to a much more comprehensive loyalty management solution than our previous partner. The solution is quite flexible in terms of our brand's needs and we are able to reward our premium customers with a better loyalty program.

The digital-first strategy helps with quicker decision making, quicker results and helps with better visibility and perspective of your customer base. We are now exploring the next step of CRM with a membership loyalty program and look forward to a seamless integration.

No downside; in particular, we are working on making the data transfer more seamless at both ends.

The on-boarding process was slightly longer than expected

**Recommendations to others considering Xeno:**

Xeno has been associated with multiple F&B brands for loyalty, and that I feel is what worked to their advantage to crack Barista as a client. Their understanding of the industry has helped us get the extra business we were looking for, especially post Lockdown 1.0

The customer understanding has improved. We are not able to slice & dice the customer data in the way we want to.

The Xeno integration slices and dices consumer data quite effectively so that at any given point in time, we can target specific types of consumers based on both our business needs and perceived wants of our target audience. this has led to some great campaigns and has helped keep the return customers coming in.

A slightly better workflow at times and the service could be at a higher price particularly if we want to do longer term projects.

No dislikes on my end, the only thing I'd recommend is bringing down the price. When you're using different platforms everything starts to add up.

Xeno has been a great partner for us to take our CRM journey digital. They have capabilities on understanding user personas, especially to target customers on social media and deliver incremental revenue thru these campaigns.

Have worked with them on all kinds of campaigns, and they are great people to work with!

While this started out as a small project, today they are an integral part of our CRM efforts.

Some things which could be better:
A tool to optimize spending in a more automated way on digital spends on a real-time basis.

- It generates analytics on the marketing campaigns launched to gauge the effectiveness of the strategy
- The product is flexible to suit the needs of the customer depending on the additional insights or analytics needed to make the campaign strategy better

The data requirements for generating campaign analytics and customer insights are predefined. This can only generate analytics as per the preset format rather than checking for additional data that can be considered for getting more out of the data.

Easy to use, really intuitive, safe and reliable, what I like the most is the ease with which we can obtain data from our marketing campaigns, Our regular customers who are loyal react to our campaigns so we can know what their biggest tastes and preferences are.

Certainly the data can be obtained with better data grouping, only a few configurations need to be done to obtain better results, I cannot comment negatively as it has resulted Very well.

From SMS, email marketing, design and management of campaigns to data collection and information from our clients, there is no doubt that Xeno is a very reliable and safe tool, easy to use. I openly recommend this tool to all my colleagues and friends.

The main benefit that this tool offers us is to be able to obtain the impact data of our campaigns in order to improve or create and design new campaigns that generate greater impact. It also allows us to more easily reach all our loyal and recurring customers.

The team! They’re a young, proactive and very reliable  bunch.

The tech! It’s a rather easy to use panel! Xeno has the ability to look at my customers and show me a complete view of their past purchases and personas.

I wish they would take on smaller accounts and help younger companies grow

SMS marketing mostly. We’ve also used their support to create audiences on Facebook in the past. 

The smooth integration of our shopify webstore with Xeno helps us create awesome audiences for targeted Facebook ads.
