Manual work reduction. This tool allows you to automate almost all your daily tasks.

Sometimes low speed of the tool could make delays on your SLA.

Improve the productivity and relationship with existing customers; finding new customers and expand the market.

**What do you like best about Wukong CRM?**

My favorite part is project management, I use it management my project, I can easily and clearly see the project at which step, who responds to it, and what attaches in there. let me feel that the CRM system is not only focused on building customers and opponuit, also very supportive of the day-to-day management of the management.

**What do you dislike about Wukong CRM?**

In my opinion, some data import is a little troublesome and must be imported according to the template, which makes me spend a lot of time.

**Recommendations to others considering Wukong CRM:**

If your company is a small and medium-sized enterprise and not a fully intelligent office, I recommend you to use CRM. Firstly, it has high-cost performance and secondly, it integrates common office software.

**What problems is Wukong CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wukong CRM solves our problem of intelligent management. It is like an integration. I used CRM to manage customer relationships before, but I don't need to open much software at the same time in project management, knowledge base, email, and human resource management in Wukong CRM. This saves the company a lot of money on other software, and it saves me a lot of time.
