# Which Merchant of Record platforms have the fewest payment failures and the best international payout coverage?

Still, a few data points stood out going through merchant of record reviews:</p><ul>

Honestly Paddle is a strong one to start with, well-rated and built specifically as an MoR handling checkout, tax, fraud and failed-payment recovery (dunning) as part of its core service, so payment-failure recovery is a built-in feature, not an afterthought. FastSpring is another well-established, well-reviewed MoR with broad global coverage and strong payment method support. PayPro Global is very highly rated too, worth a look if you want dedicated MoR-first positioning. Shopify also functions as an MoR for its merchants if you&#39;re already on that platform. To be real, &quot;fewest payment failures&quot; comes down to how well each MoR optimizes retry logic and local payment methods in your specific target countries, so I&#39;d ask each for their actual authorization and recovery rates in the regions you sell into, not just a general claim. Which regions matter most for your international coverage?
