**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

The virtual phone line is working. But that is it... Thousands of other providers offer this.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

Customer service and sales service is unacceptable. I received a quotation before signing up. The real monthly fee is 2.5x the quoted amount. 

Maybe it is in the link in the T&Cs in the quotation. I am an entrepreneur with little time. If I receive a quotation with a clear amount, I trust it. 

For me this is close to fraud. Companies like this should not receive customers.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are Singapore registered and needed a Singapore phone number. 
This service was delivered.

Its User interface is very good, and the call connectivity is like most.

You can not remove licences once you add them; you have to contact support for them.

Avoxi solved the international calling and the webphone installation time for us.

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

Honestly, nothing was good about our experience with Avoxi.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

Avoxi is Overpriced. Avoxi has the worst customer service. They are rude and unhelpful.
Avox makes it incredibly hard to port away and say they will cancel numbers for you but don't to extort more money out of you. Wont provide you with details of the underlying carrier to enable you to port away. It's taken 3 months of back and forth to get the correct information to port away.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Avoxi to provide a Geo number for our colleagues in Germany despite us finding out later the number came from a suppier in Ireland but Avoxi refused to tell us who the carrier was to try and prevent us from porting it away. The number allowed us to provide VOIP in Germany but the quality of the VOIP call through their provided client was poor and was diverted to Zoom instead.

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

The Support team is always eager to assist the customers in all their doubts and also help you in setting up all you need in the platform from 0 to 100 and more, this is the most important thing to me.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

Actually I dont think there is something i dislike of the current product, i would add some features to it like the ablity to choose the carriers or paths for the calls in the use case of a call center, like controlling the routing of calls.

**Recommendations to others considering AVOXI:**

Avoxi is a great solution for cloud PBX and some integrations with your company's internal tools, if there's something you don't see right away you can always contact support and I am pretty sure you will get someone always eager to help you set up whatever you need.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have Toll free numbers in different countries that we could integrate with our internal phone solution and meeting solution in the way that calls are redirected to our internal communications software instead of buying hardphones or implementing internal pbx solutions or even having to buy softphones.

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

Avoxi is very helpful when it is the time of calling a various number of people, it barely has glitches, it is a very organized app, you can keep track of scores.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

The least helpful thing  that AVOXI has is that one time or day every month it has an update due to maintenance, and when this happens you cant use the application.

Be very organized when keeping record of your scores.

One of the really good thing AVOXI has it has is a really good troubleshooting mode, IT gives a really really good support when AVOXI has its updates and glitches

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

The response when logging support tickets is fast and helpful. We have never experienced any issues with voice quality on a good connection. Issues with numbers that do not work are resolved quickly.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

Sometimes tickets are closed when support thinks they have resolved your problem without checking with you. Thankfully you can just respond to the ticket again and get help.

**Recommendations to others considering AVOXI:**

Good Voip provider, good rates.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoxi has very low rates on calls this is the main benefit. We had support issues with our old VOIP provider. The in-person onsite training for new technicians is also very helpful.

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

We have been using Avoxi for more than 7 years now. It has been one of our best decisions to move to Avoxi. Earlier we used to face lot of connectivity and call drop issues, but since we moved to avoxi, everything became very smooth and helped our team to provide better customer service.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

I don't think that there is anything that I dislike. Only reason that we are are still with Avoxi is becuase we like everything, otherwise we would have shifter to some other service provider.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Avoxi for our customer service solutions and it provides a dashboard to monitor employee productivity and other reporting tools as well. It has helped us by reducting the time we used to spend in creating various reports and has provided one stop solution for all our needs.

Our account manager is very responsive, so that helps with issues or new products we'd like to add. The Genius platform is easy to use and set up. We use it every day!

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

We wish the integration list were a bit more robust. Specifically, a Gorgias integration would give us a complete view of the customer touchpoints adding a phone call to the list.

An additional touchpoint for our customers to reach our customer service team. The access to our customers through the AVOXI Genuis platform allows us to respond effciently

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

AVOXI offers probably the most robust VoIP software out there right now. Effortless way to manage all your DID's and deep options of features you are able to utilize.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

Overall it does offer a lot but I do think it is rather pricey after your intro period ends. I don't have many additional glaring negatives right now that can come to mind but I do believe their team is constantly working on the product.

They have like a trial or initial testing of the software, which I would recommend trying it and seeing all the features yourself.

We have noticed many positives from using this tool. It is fast rolling it out and the support and technical teams they have are wonderful and can answer any problem you may have

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

It was easy for me to get all the data that I need. I also like the Whisper feature where you can remotely monitor a live call. It is also easy for me to get all the information that I need for reporting and analysis. I also like the live feature where I can view the current status of my staff and their daily activities. The data can also be modified based on agent, teams and even the entire department which makes it easy for the Support team to create an analysis based form the staff performance.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

For 2 months of usage, I can say that the tool is very reliable when it comes to all the data that I need. I just need to be more familiar with all the feature that Avoxi offers. Maybe, it would help my team if there's a way for us to listen to all the calls that we are receiving.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call monitoring, Data analysis, and other things to help our organization. It is beneficial for me as a Leader to get all the data that I need to understand better the account that I am supporting.

**What do you like best about AVOXI?**

The ease of accessibility to make and manage changes is incredible.  Being able to update wording as needed without involving and paying the company to update it for us.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

The analytics could use some improvement in readability.  It would be helpful to know how many unique calls the system gets as opposed to how many times any call hits the IVR.  i.e. How many actual phone calls, not how many times they listed to the options on the IVR itself.

**Recommendations to others considering AVOXI:**

Don't be afraid to ask questions.  The support team is incredibly easy to work with.  Hudson Cole has been amazing.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have the ability to work remote if needed, something that became apparently necessary with COVID.  I am able to make adjustments to recordings and redirect commonly asked questions away from my live agents, decreasing the need for additional staffing which was hard to come by.

The Genius Plat works well with us. We can configure and set it up with the hassle of contacting AVOXI support.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

The previous platform has its issue when it comes to supporting. You need to wait for the response on your AVOXI Support, and we are located from the other side of the world, with that we already wasted a lot of time troubleshooting the issue.

With the Genius Avoxi web-based platform, it is very easy to use, especially for those who are new to the softphone.

The Genius Platform is way better, it is a web-based softphone that eliminates issues with 3rd party phone software.

Changes to its setup are conveniently done - they could be set up without going through Avoxi admin.   Technical representatives are amiable, and support is readily available. The tool itself is also easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

Could be better if reports are exported to an Excel file rather than PDF.

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's more cost-effective for the company. Also, because it's web-based and accessible everywhere, agents working from home no longer have to relaunch it every time they connect to the company's VPN, something they had to do with the old software we were using.

The easy way we can integrate Avoxi with our existing PBX, in addition with a very good price and calling plans. It's a friendly platform for the final users.

What I like the most about Avoxi is its quality in the DID service, the audio quality is excellent and the support has responded adequately. I like its administration panel where I can manage my DIDs quickly and easily

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

The only thing technically speaking I would like to have the ability to change the type of codec, dtmf, etc of each DID from the control panel. Anyway, this has not been an impediment to do the job

I love that the Avoxi team is always looking for the best fit for my needs. Everytime I need, for instance, a specific DID number, thaty always try to find it for me and with the best pricing in the market

**What do you dislike about AVOXI?**

I used to dislike that, to add a new number, I had to send an email to my account manager. However, they recently updated this and now I can order one directly in my dashboard

**What problems is AVOXI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Avoxi I am solving some of our communication issues, with DIDs available everywhere, I can take care of my customers that are abroad

It is very easy so set up a new number and the Avoxi team is always helping.

Very easy to add global  toll free numbers, and able to select what fits budget and need
also when there was any issues, technical support was excellent
