What do you like best about WOW!?

I've used WOW fiber internet for many years, very reliable, and support staff is always responsive if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WOW!?

I was interested in moving phone service to cloud, and moved those services from WOW to Nextiva while keeping fiber internet with WOW. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WOW!?

What I like best is that when problems occasionally arise, the customer support team is always friendly and respectful and work very hard to solve your issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WOW!?

We do have service issues where the phones will stop working or the Internet will cut out quite frequently, maybe once or twice a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
