**What do you like best about WOW!?**

I've used WOW fiber internet for many years, very reliable, and support staff is always responsive if needed.

**What do you dislike about WOW!?**

I was interested in moving phone service to cloud, and moved those services from WOW to Nextiva while keeping fiber internet with WOW.

**What problems is WOW! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WOW provides solid internet products.

**What do you like best about WOW!?**

What I like best is that when problems occasionally arise, the customer support team is always friendly and respectful and work very hard to solve your issue.

**What do you dislike about WOW!?**

We do have service issues where the phones will stop working or the Internet will cut out quite frequently, maybe once or twice a month.

**What problems is WOW! solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WOW provides great phone and Internet services that allows us to stay connected with our clients and employees in the field.
