**What do you like best about WorkPlan Learning?**

What stands out most about WorkPlan Learning is its ability to connect learning strategy with organisational capability. Rather than simply serving as a repository for training content, it provides a structured platform for designing, delivering, tracking, and evaluating learning that aligns with business objectives.

The user interface is intuitive for both administrators and learners, making it easy to manage learning pathways, assign training, and monitor progress. Reporting and analytics provide meaningful insights that support compliance requirements and inform capability development and workforce planning.

I also value the platform's flexibility. It supports a broad range of learning initiatives, from compliance and onboarding through to leadership development and professional capability programs. Integration with existing organisational processes is straightforward, allowing learning to become part of everyday work rather than a separate activity.

From a commercial perspective, WorkPlan delivers excellent value by reducing administrative effort while improving visibility of learning outcomes. It is a scalable solution that grows with an organisation's needs, making it suitable for organisations of varying size and complexity.

The implementation process is well organised and supported from the outset. The onboarding experience was collaborative, with clear guidance throughout the configuration and deployment process. The support team combines strong technical knowledge with a genuine understanding of learning and organisational development, which makes conversations practical rather than purely system-focused.

Questions are answered promptly, and support is solution-oriented, whether addressing technical queries or helping to optimise the platform for specific organisational requirements. This level of partnership gives confidence that organisations will continue to receive support well beyond implementation.

While WorkPlan's greatest strength lies in its core learning management capabilities, I appreciate its practical approach to supporting learning decisions through reporting, analytics, and data visibility. Rather than adding technology for its own sake, the platform focuses on providing meaningful insights that help organisations monitor participation, identify development opportunities, and make informed decisions about workforce capability.

As learning technology continues to evolve, WorkPlan provides a strong foundation that supports evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about WorkPlan Learning?**

I have not encountered any significant drawbacks in my experience with WorkPlan Learning. The platform has consistently met my expectations for learning management, reporting, and user experience. As with any LMS, organisations will have unique requirements depending on their size, industry, and learning strategy, but I have found WorkPlan to be flexible, reliable, and well supported. Any questions or enhancement requests have been addressed promptly by the support team, demonstrating a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.

**What problems is WorkPlan Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkPlan Learning addresses one of the biggest challenges organisations face: moving from fragmented training activities to a structured, measurable learning ecosystem. Rather than relying on spreadsheets, manual processes, or disconnected systems to manage learning, WorkPlan provides a single platform for planning, delivering, tracking, and reporting on learning across the organisation.

From my perspective as a learning and organisational development consultant, this enables clients to spend less time administering training and more time focusing on developing capability. Administrators gain real-time visibility of learner progress, compliance status, and completion rates, while leaders have access to meaningful data that supports workforce planning and informed decision-making.

The platform has also simplified the management of onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and ongoing professional learning by providing a consistent learner experience and reducing administrative overhead. Having accurate reporting and a central source of truth improve accountability, support regulatory requirements, and provide confidence that learning investments are delivering measurable outcomes.
