**What do you like best about WorkMotion?**

We chose WorkMotion to support our international new hire after initially considering WorkGlobal. We ultimately decided to go with a direct employment model for greater flexibility, and WorkMotion seamlessly stepped in to handle the transition. Their customer service team was responsive and helpful, especially when we needed a direct deposit refunded to our bank account rather than issued as a credit—they resolved it smoothly without complications. The platform is user-friendly, and the team has been great to work with.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

I had some confusion around how the payroll was handled initially when transitioning from WorkGlobal and WorkDirect, but it was made clearer once I expressed it. While I did have an orientation on it, I think the initial orientation should emphasize it more.

**What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to hire international candidates and be compliant with local labor laws.

The support service during the onboarding period was good. I don’t use the platform on a daily basis, but overall it was easy enough to understand and get started with.

I couldn’t edit my personal information, so even fixing a simple typo required opening a support ticket. That’s not good for you or for me.

I love the seamless of this software especially when it comes to the UI. Super clean super convenient to my eyes.

The lack of good features. for example when authenticating the account, I only can authenticate using email. I wish there's more options to authenticate like using 2FA method or phone number.

Payroll and also the leave application. I love the fact that these features in work motion are pretty straightforward and less hassle when I submit my application.

So far, I haven't found anything to complain about with WorkMotion. Of course, it's important to note that I only started using it a few months ago. Still, I don't feel there's anything negative I can say at this point.

WorkMotion made it really easy to start a full-time remote job for a German company while living in the UK. The platform looks clean and is easy to navigate, and I received all my employment documents and payslips smoothly through it. I also appreciated how clear the information was around payroll, taxes, and pension enrolment – there were a lot of helpful resources provided upfront. When I had questions, someone responded quickly and personally, even if the initial communication sometimes felt automated.

I’d definitely recommend WorkMotion to anyone working internationally. It made the whole process of getting set up feel smooth and professional. If I changed roles or moved countries, I’d happily use it again.

I occasionally received system notifications that said my case was moving forward, but it wasn’t always obvious if I needed to take any action. A little more clarity or a simple checklist would’ve helped during those moments.

I’m German, living in the UK, and working full-time for a German company – which can be tricky in terms of legal employment, payroll, and compliance. It gives both me and my employer peace of mind and saves a lot of time and effort.

WorkMotion really is the all-in-one solution if you’re planning to work abroad. My payroll always arrives on time—never had a delay. I’m based in Spain and honestly have no clue how most of the bureaucracy works here, but their local experts take care of everything.

I used Workmotion through a hiring process for oversea recruitment and international payroll management. The platform was easy to use and the onboarding process was swiftly completed. The support staff was very useful and reactive, making the whole experience very fluid and smooth.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

There was a slight technical issue with the platform due to foreign data processing, after addressing the problem to the support staff following up regularly my process, the issue was quickly closed few days after. In the meantime, the referent support person had been so helpful, finalizing the process on my behalf.

Workmotion helps international hires and payroll management as a GEP. This is extremely helpful re talents acquisition in a fast paced environment and competitive market.

Almost everyday, I used both WorkGlobal EOR since 2023 as well as WorkDirect since 2024 and the whole onboarding as well as migration, iintegration and switching was very well handled by WorkMotion teams. Everything was handled online with just two paper-based communications in two years in Germany. The Online portal is very clean and efficient to use and all workflows are clearly explained.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

Initially we faced a few minor UI bugs two years ago but they were soon resolved by the highly responsive Customer Support team. Processes were clearly explained and implementation has been continuosly improving since 2023. Have not faced any issues recently.

It allows employment with employers that do not have their own legal business entities and offices in countries like Germany. And the whole process is completely online.

I particularly appreciate how quickly their support team responds to tickets, especially given the complexities that come with managing international employment—where each country (and sometimes even regions within a country) has its own set of rules and processes

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

The time tracking feature could be more user-friendly and intuitive. It takes some time to get used to, and the user experience might not be as smooth as other parts of the platform. Additionally, it would be really helpful if this feature could be integrated with other internal systems—right now, I need to record time in multiple platforms: one for WorkMotion and another one for internal tracking, which leads to duplicated efforts.

WorkMotion provides important information and updates on country-specific regulations. The support is also super fast and always absolutely friendly! What more could you want as an admin? :D It is relatively user-friendly and straightforward, and you can find everything in one place, even if the helpdesk is somewhat left out.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

As with any tool, you first have to get to grips with it and find your way around. I found the overview a bit confusing at first, and since this involves sometimes large sums of money, it would be nice to have more than just a few days for invoices, especially when consultations are necessary. Nevertheless, everything works great so far!

**What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes invoices need to be corrected, and the support usually responds very quickly. However, new invoices are sometimes issued with a fee for reissuance, of course only after approval!

At first it was a bit unusual not to communicate by e-mail, but directly via the ticket system in Workmotion. However, this has the advantage of being able to easily track the entire communication and processing status of the enquiry.

Personally, what I like the most is the very intuitive tools they provide to make remote working easy and feasible. Also, that they take care of all the legal concerns so that the employee can just focus on working and their customer support is effective and fast.
