The onboarding process was good. More than a year has passed, and everything is still going very well. The portal works well, payments are on time, and support is available whenever I need it.

Nothing to complain about, if I had to find a downside, it's the communications that are not always in French.

Communication is somewhat hindered because there is no direct phone number for a contact person. In urgent problems, it may take a little longer.

Without Workmotion, there would be no way for me to continue practicing my profession for the company abroad.

Despite my initial setup could have been very complicated (complicated fiscal requirements from italian laws) workmotion managed everything perfectly, I never had any issue in one year of use. Payslips have been always right, really a miracle in the Italian context! :) my account manager, Silvia, has been bene always very fast e great when I needed her for some advices. I definitely recommend them

Nothing honestly. Platform is good and people were always very fast in giving you replies

When working with workmotion all of the necesities are done remotely without any further need to pick up some letters or sign something in person. The whole onboarding and document provided was easy. When I'm in need for explaining something or providing some document f.e. for a bank it goes super quickly and sometimes I was surprised how fast some documents were provided.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

Not the worst thing, but sometimes it might be not the most useful solution, but I understand the complexity of the situation. In order to be reimbursed for some spendings they have to be submitted till 5th day of the month if you miss this deadline than it will take up to almost 2 months for those spendings to get reimbursed.

**What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I'm in need of having some documents provided it goes really fast to get the full information back.

I received a very large employment contract (118 pages), which is not at all “standard” in Poland, so this part could be made a bit easier to handle.

The biggest advantage for me is that it takes care of all of the paperwork and allows me to work in a fully regulated way.

I’m not a fan of reviewing invoices. All the references are there and you can look everything up, but it still takes several clicks to get a clearer overview for a single talent.
