I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by WorkMotion. The team has always been incredibly supportive, professional, and polite, making every interaction a pleasure.

What impressed me the most was their exceptionally fast response time. Whenever I submitted a request, I received prompt assistance and clear communication, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend WorkMotion to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused company. Excellent service all around!

having access to invoices and employee data

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

1. very hard to obtain the breakdown of calculations, sometime I've discovered errors and was very hard to track it down. Usually I'm just given a link or general info if I ask for a breakdown of an amount 
2. funding invoice is issued before the settlement which is hard for me to track things, I would like to close the settlement for previous month and then review the funding for next month  
3. tickets are closed without me confirming that I have no more questions

keeping up with local legislation requirements as we are a global company and it's hard to monitor all the changes and requirements

the platform is simple and very straightforward.
Filling in Timesheets has never been easier and so fast.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

the contract can only be 18 months long but this is rather die to german legislations and no to do with workmotion itself

**What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

my real employer is based in another country, in belgium, while I am living in Germany. So Workmotion made it possible that I can have a contract in the country where I am living.

Being a platform that extends geographically, it is difficult to cover all the processes of all the companies in one place. But they are also always sending surveys to learn about the processes and suggested improvements.

What WorkMotion is solving for me is the administrative side of the onboarding process. By having all the essential employment information collected and organized upfront—such as tax details, identification, address information, and banking details—it removes a significant amount of stress and uncertainty before starting a new role.

The biggest benefit was knowing that everything was already in order before my employment start date. Instead of spending time exchanging emails, taking calls, or chasing paperwork, I could focus on preparing for my new position and onboarding experience. The self-service process was simple, efficient, and put me in control, making the transition into my new role much smoother.

Nothing major. Just the reporting of the worked hours can be improved slightly, as the last days of a previous month are not visible once a new month begins, making them easy to miss.

The time sheet recording interface is effortless as it's all pre-filled in.  Tickets get prompt responses.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

They support many countries, which is great for their clients (I am talent, not a client).  This means they lack country-specific expertise and experience and they don't offer some perks that in my country are customary for my field and role.

**What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my employer to employ talent in countries where they're otherwise no set up to do so.  This benefits me as the employee.

I love that WorkMotion gives people like me the possibility to work legally in a different country. It allowed me to work legally in Spain while my company is based in the UK. WorkMotion made it all possible by contracting me as a legal Spanish employee. I find the initial setup of WorkMotion to be easy, and I use it to consult my payslips and log my working hours.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

Everything works really well apart from not having any benefits as an employee despite asking for it for over 3 years. I imagine they are many talents and things could be implemented.

WorkMotion contracts me and processes my payroll, enabling me to work legally in Spain for a UK company.

I appreciate that WorkMotion lets me work in Berlin for a UK-based company without having to handle the contractual and legal complexity. The best thing is that I rarely have to think about it, it just does its job. I have found their support to be very responsive. The initial setup was easy for me as the employee, the web app guided me through the process, and any other issues were resolved directly with support.

I find the web app to be a little clunky, the way you have to get an email link every time you want to sign in isn't ideal

I like WorkMotion for its fast reply time, and it's reliable with the payments and issuing payslips. It's also easy to use, which is a big plus for me. The initial setup was easy too. I appreciate how WorkMotion facilitated my move to Spain and allowed me to keep my job with the same company.

I don't like that when you submit your working hours, at the end of the month if you forgot to submit it for 30th April for example, on 01 May the previous day/week disappears.

WorkMotion handles payslips, employment, tracking working hours, vacation requests, and expenses effectively. It provides fast reply time, is reliable with payments, issues payslips efficiently, and is easy to use.

WorkMotion makes international hiring much easier. The platform is intuitive and the onboarding process is well structured, which saves a lot of time on the HR side. What stands out in particular is the responsiveness and support of the team. Whenever questions come up, they are handled quickly and in a very solution oriented way. Overall it removes a lot of complexity from cross border employment.

Overall the experience has been very positive. If anything, some processes could be a bit faster or more transparent in terms of status updates during certain steps. However, the support team is always available and helps clarify open questions quickly, so this has not been a major issue for us.

Perhaps provide more information about your contract or regulations to reduce tickets and not have to log work hours every day because some jobs are not at the computer and logging hours makes little sense.

I like that WorkMotion fixed my contract with my current job and helps me declare correctly in my country so I can keep the job I like. I feel confident that I am doing everything legally correct in the labor sector. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, with just one meeting with my boss to prepare everything for use.

Sometimes WorkMotion asks too much to log in again, but I acknowledge that it's fine for security reasons.

I find it very practical and time-saving that I can see everything directly on the app without having to open a tab on Google or check myself. I also really like the reliability of WorkMotion. The salary always comes as planned, and I find that very, very cool.

**What do you dislike about WorkMotion?**

I think the bot sometimes gets stuck. Especially when you have questions. I don't know if it's even made for that. I had a few questions, and it couldn't really answer them well.

**What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can apply for my vacation directly and quickly, and see upcoming holidays immediately on the app. It is practical and time-saving, and the reliability of the salary payment is excellent.

I would like the agents to speak Spanish when a ticket is opened.

Support, how quickly all issues can be solved. You just create a ticket inside WorkMotion portal and you have answer as soon as possible, sometimes immediately

WorkMotion solves the main problem for german resident - it is not easy to work even in IT for foreign company if company doesn't have branch or office in Germany, It is 21st century but the issue is still there.

I use WorkMotion to receive, sign, and share documents with my employer. I appreciate it for the digital signing and sharing of confidential documents. I like its user-friendly UI, which makes it easy to navigate. I also appreciate that WorkMotion displays all details of my employment on one page, making everything accessible without the need to request documentation from a third party source. The initial setup was super easy, a solid 10/10, and I'm really likely to recommend WorkMotion to others.

Or sometimes from Parakar to WorkMotion, and then me, but I already resolved it with parakar. So WorkMotion's interference was not necessary.
