**What do you like best about WorkforceOptimizer?**

Workforce has made assignment and management of work a lot easier with pending tasks and their assignment can be made easily and effectively.

**What do you dislike about WorkforceOptimizer?**

There is nothing to dislike right now as we still were implementing it.

**What problems is WorkforceOptimizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, every task was individually assigned and tracking and productivity was really difficult. However with Workforce, it is really easy to offload the over burdened tasks.
