**What do you like best about WorkflowDog?**

WorkflowDog doesn’t force me into rigid templates or dumbed-down builders. It’s built for real operators. You can set up nuanced conditional logic, loop structures, and API calls across different services in a way that actually scales. The UI is clean, responsive, and doesn’t hide complexity behind toy-like UX. I’ve used a lot of tools in this category, and this is the first one that feels like it was made by people who’ve truly love systems design.

**What do you dislike about WorkflowDog?**

Some integrations are still in early stages, so expect to use webhooks or custom code blocks in certain cases. But that’s also what makes it powerful.

**What problems is WorkflowDog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkflowDog replaces a mess of duct-taped tools, brittle zaps, and spreadsheet-triggered scripts. It gives me a central brain to manage everything from lead routing to internal notifications to complex multi-step client onboarding flows. The benefit is simple: less manual work, fewer errors, and way more visibility. I can build workflows that would've taken a dev team or constant oversight, and now they're just running quietly in the background. It saves hours every week and scales with the business.

**What do you like best about WorkflowDog?**

I love how easy it is to visualize. Rather thamn competitor workflow softwares, the UI feels very intuitive.

Super customizable, its like a sandbox. I dont have to be limited on what I can do.

**What do you dislike about WorkflowDog?**

The sandbox aspect was overwhelming at the start, but the documentation and other guidance features make it easier to manage.

Internal recruitment flows that interact with our in house software
