What I like best about HiredScore AI for Recruiting is how it simplifies and speeds up the hiring process using AI-driven automation. It really helps in prioritizing candidates based on job requirements, so instead of manually screening hundreds of resumes, you can focus on the most relevant profiles first. The talent rediscovery feature is also very useful because it surfaces past candidates who might be a good fit for current roles, which saves a lot of sourcing time. I also found the workflow automation and integration with existing HR systems smooth, making collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers more efficient.

**What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

What I dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting is that the initial setup and customization can be a bit complex, especially if you don’t have strong technical knowledge. It also seems more suited for large organizations, so smaller teams might find it expensive or harder to justify. In some cases, the AI recommendations may need manual validation to ensure accuracy, which adds a bit of extra effort.

HiredScore AI for Recruiting mainly solves the problem of slow and manual hiring processes where recruiters have to go through a large number of resumes, manage multiple tools, and deal with fragmented workflows. It uses AI to automatically prioritize candidates, screen applications, and surface the most relevant profiles, which reduces the time spent on repetitive tasks.

It also addresses the issue of unused or overlooked talent by rediscovering past candidates from existing databases and matching them to current roles, which helps in making better use of available talent instead of starting sourcing from scratch every time.

For me, this is beneficial because it speeds up the entire hiring cycle and makes the process more data driven. **What do you like best about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

I definitely like being able to add hashtags and notes to candidates, like their location, experience, and what position they're going for. It's great for overseeing multiple states and keeping track of details. I also appreciate the track system for filling out sensitive information. I found the initial setup of HiredScore AI for Recruiting pretty easy to grasp, especially since I had experience with a similar system at my old job. Overall, I would recommend it, especially considering it's easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

Definitely filling out the contact information is problematic. A lot of the times, candidates put references in their resumes, and the track system kinda takes it as their personal contact information. So we have to go in there and really make sure that each candidate is uploaded correctly. If not, we're accidentally emailing the wrong person or calling the wrong person, and even giving the wrong name. That happens a lot, and it's really annoying. It's time consuming, especially since we have to check every single one.

I use HiredScore AI for Recruiting mainly as an ATS system to track candidates across various positions. It makes filling out some applicant resumes easier, and lets me add hashtags and notes for easy search, helping with detailed candidate tracking.

I really like that once you give HiredScore AI for Recruiting the requirements, it efficiently goes through all the CVs, figures out the skills, and matches them to what we're looking for. This capability helps us in finding the best suitable candidate for the position, which is the best part for me. It saves us a lot of time by providing a quick ranking of candidates based on their skills matched to specific positions.

I think, when the requirements are not clear or the skills are not defined, it basically fails. It gives weak ranking or rather the ranking doesn't work properly. So if the requirements are vague or the managers are not clear what they're looking for, it basically doesn't help us.

I appreciate the bias mitigating grading sysytem. It provides an objective second set of eyes on resumes ensuring top talent doesn't get buried under a high a high volume of applications. It feels less like nother tool to manage and more like a smart assistant that hands you the best leads so you can focus on actual conversations.

The biggest frustration is the black box feel of the AI scoring. When it filters candidates, it's not always clear ehy someone was randked lower which can make it hard to trust the algorthm over your gut. Additionally thr initial intergration setuo can be headache, often requiring significant cleanup of old ATS data to actually work effectively.

Hiredscore solves the black hole problem of massive applicant volume and fragmented workflows. By automating candidate grading and rediscovering past talent it eliminates the manual slog of resume screening. For me this means a 50% boost in capacity i stop playing admin tag and start focusing on high value strategy and building real human connections with top tier talent.

I believe that one of the main challenges that recruiting using only AI has is that some people don't want to be in front of a computer and speaking to a machine. So in the end, the major challenge is always to engage people into the process itself, not the technology itself, but the ability to get people engaged and get people through the process.

It makes the recruiting process much more efficient and a lot quicker than doing everything by hand. It also makes it easier to keep track of what’s already been done, as well as what still needs to be completed for training and hiring.

It doesn’t really feel necessary if the company’s hire rate isn’t very high. Based on the program’s pricing, it seems better suited for larger places with more people and more frequent hiring needs.

The security process can take a long time to complete. I understand they need to validate you, so that part is fine, but I think they could streamline some of the validation steps to save time.

I love how HiredScore helps review candidates much easier and giving them a letter based on their experience and the position. It makes the reviewing process so much faster.

My company just transitioned to using HiredScore so it would say the time it takes to get accustomed to the system with the candidate that’s are already in Workday. If a candidate didn’t apply recently when transitioning then the system wouldn’t score them.

The time it takes to review candidates. While I represent a large company we tend to get more applicants than we can review so it helps speed up that process.

It is difficult to integrate with other applications, and there are slow performance issues. The user has to provide manual instructions, and changing the setup is not very easy.

There is nothing I have come into contact with when using HiredScore AI that I have not appreciated. All of the systems that we use in HiredScore AI seem to have pretty good use and are user friendly.

They are true thought partners and engage with you via data to help you build what works for your organization. They have a number of features and continue to grow their options. It's easy to use and when you have customer support issues they are timely. Integrations were easy to create and can be built to many different areas like your CRM and ATS. The implementation was easy and quick and is continually evolving.

No real downsides, but having your team believe in the process is a bigger struggle. Our recruiters do not use HiredScore daily like they should. The team needs help in frequency of use and understanding the technology.

I appreciate the user-friendly experience of the HiredScore Recruiter dashboard. The configurability options allowed us to create a product that truly met us where we needed to be. HiredScore has also been a trusted partner in integration and implementation.

We are still learning and developing our HiredScore solution. None at this time.

**What do you like best about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

Easy navigation of all candidates and reqs in one view. It saves a lot of click's and time reviewing applications, taking actions on them, as well as sharing with whom I want. Furthermore, HiredScore is willing to take our suggestions by investing their resources.

**What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

When the support representative is assgined to an issue, sometimes we get repeated messages they're working on it. I understand it's meant to give me assurance that it's being looked after. However, I'd prefer getting one email with a solution though it may take some time, rather than getting several messages in between that they're working on it.

**What problems is HiredScore AI for Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When hiring volume is high, it is often difficult to review every candidate in all those roles I have. By using HiredScore's Spotlight, it helps me manage candidate review in a highly efficient way. And Fetch and Dynamic Fetch functions provide any other possible matches I would not have sight of otherwise.

**What do you like best about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

•	It reduces my screening time with the rating system. However, we must remember that just because they are rated low doesn’t mean we should dismiss them; some are still worth a call. 
•	That we can search candidates' phone numbers if we miss their calls
•	Quicker to send candidates to hiring managers
•	You can see what other roles candidates have applied for and who the recruiter is a lot better
•	The LinkedIn feature that takes you straight to their profile is super handy
•	I love looking at the candidates insights, which it shows the salary expectations and summary
•	I love how it draws from past candidates
•	It is also easy to use and transition from workday to hired score-

**What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

Sometimes it is a bit slow and won't load the page, or not all candidates will appear under the req in Hiredscore. When ever I had an issue with it, I contacted HS support team, and they have all been very prompt and great at fixing any technical issues.

Being able to shorten screening time and sending candidates to hiring managers faster.
Clearly seeing candidates' profiles and overviews better
Making sure I respond back to each candidate when they are unsuccessful

HiredScore software is the best assistant for our recruiting roles, which creates immense help and easy-to-use in the hiring process.
It assists the entire flow of a hiring procedure, thereby optimizing productivity with minimum effort.

HiredScore features help automate and streamline the process of hiring.
This helps generate interest in screening resumes, conducting interviews and hiring candidates.
It helps us build up and maintain a relationship with the candidates in the hiring process.

Of the considerable importance that HiredScore provides, the following are notable ones.
1. Accuracy-
A well-functioning tool helps filter accurate parameters in the hiring process. 
This helps eradicate human error and boost accuracy with better employee productivity.

2. Saves time-
While we can screen a limited number of resumes in a talent pool, in HiredScore, we can go through a ton. 
This tool helps quickly screen many candidates based on predetermined factors.
This saves time and shortens the process of screening candidates' resumes.

3. Efficient-
Highly efficient in filtering potential candidates in terms of the tools' response search time, grading the resumes categorized as A/ B/ C/ D, etc.

4. Consistency
HiredScore is incredibly consistent in its way. While I had come across other tools in the past, the inconsistency, despite many efforts, 
a well-serviced recruitment tool won’t, but HiredScore is incredibly consistent.

A Lot of Unsuitable Candidates under the HiredScore grading category "D"   :-)
Unsuitable candidates are those applying to seek another opportunity through a recruiter/ sourcer.
But abiding by that, there are no cons for HiredScore.

The backend support team resolves any glitches in the application on a day-to-day basis.
It benefits in delay in executing the further process of hiring. So far, all the problems & queries have been resolved in a stipulated timeframe.

Very practical tool that interacts with our Workday system, it feels very versatile and comfortable to work with. It is also quick and easy to use and comes with plenty of useful options.

**What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

Sometimes it malfunctions or goes completely offline so we need to do some workarounds in the meantime. Also, the AI that gives scores to a candidate isn't always accurate.

It excellently helps display every candidate's info as well as if they are a diverse candidate or not, which helps us a lot to reach our diversity goals. Superb tech team that really knows their integrations well.  Product is solid and continues to improve. The team is open to feedback on product enhancements and unique challenges to each company and accommodates as much as possible, and on time.  They are the bar to which  I measure all other vendor performance.  Recruiters love this tool for how efficient it makes their lives and it's great how the AI continues to improve its matches over time. Also looking to integrate with our CRM to be able to identify top talent who have not applied yet but are in our database for review. The look & Feel of the system, the amazing performance (Even though we have so much data in our company, it didn't impact the performance of the system), and last but not least, the spectacular customer orientation of the teams. Always attentive, listening to the customer need and really taking them into consideraiton in their plans. The system is also very flexible and if you wish, you can have different configurations per your different needs/regions.

The automatic ranking based on the comparison between job description and resume, as it not only encourages us to have good JDs as an employer brand but also facilitates our screening in the initial selection phase.

The platform still does not allow filtering candidates who have desirable requirements, it only shows us who does not have the mandatory ones. At a selection moment, it is important for us to have this visibility. Another important point is the fact that the "send correspondence" option for rejected candidates is below the rejection button, causing us to sometimes forget to send the feedback email to the candidates, impacting our candidate experience.

The HiredScore is amanzing tool for HR.

We also have ranking and Fetch recomendation for each position

Sometimes the ranking is not correct and we could have more assertive fetch recommendation.

Could be more integrated with Linkedin sometimes we click and do not open the candidate profile.
Diversity profiles its difficult to find candidates only with the Hiredscore.

There are many things I like about HiredScore, the intuitive interface, the speed, the attentive, knowledgeable customer service, and the seamless integrations with our ATS.  However, the best part is the ease at which I can identify qualified applicants who already expressed interest in my firm.

**What do you dislike about HiredScore AI for Recruiting?**

Is this tool perfect? No, but its close.  I would like to see more notes on the history of actions taken with candidates.

**What problems is HiredScore AI for Recruiting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing my applicant flow more quickly and taking appropriate actions (to either escalate or disposition) in fewer steps.  I am able to process high volume of responses quickly, I am also able to mine my database for more niche skills.
