I really enjoy the branding of Wistia; it feels like a fun and engaging company. The customer support is fantastic, with super helpful and kind people to chat with. I appreciate their innovative ways of including video into our business processes. They've been great at offering content that encourages thinking outside the box with videos. Their training courses and webinars are really creative and provide great ideas for business. One of the challenges I run into from time to time is finding easy, simple ways to just create a playlist of videos. We have options for channels, but sometimes run into a bit of confusion. We have five or six videos we wanna pull into a small group and share that out. To do things like that, we have to create a whole channel for it. Sometimes there's a matter of videos being copied, so the old versions are in one place and the new versions in another. Just being able to create a quick playlist, similar to YouTube, would be helpful. Another issue is that Wistia doesn't fully connect with all types of HubSpot fields. I have been using Wistia for at least 5 years and find its use very beneficial in my work for visualizing my clients' videos. I love how easy it was to set up from the beginning, making it easy for me to get started with the tool. Wistia offers me excellent capability to access and manage the video library of different projects, allowing me to analyze the number of views and providing me with detailed performance metrics. This functionality significantly helps me better understand the performance of each video. Additionally, I appreciate the ease with which I can convert videos to different formats and view performance metrics clearly. I love Wistia's really easy-to-understand user interface that made the setup straightforward and efficient right from the beginning. The platform's privacy controls are crucial for us, allowing me to manage who can view our videos and when, ensuring that sensitive content is only accessible to the intended audience. I find the lack of scheduling options for recurring webinars in Wistia's webinar platform problematic. Since I host the same webinar weekly, the inability to schedule multiple webinars in a row is inconvenient. Wistia is super easy to use. All the main buttons you would need are right at the top and so easy to find. The analytics go deep into everything we need to do our job better. The social clips portion of the video editing feature could have more detail. It's hard to crop right at a certain moment like you would in a real editing software. Not many things dislike but I find the integration process with other software not always as straightforward as I would like. It requires some experimenting to figure out the best way to integrate features like webinars on Wistia, which could be improved with easier steps and possibly live help during the setup. Our primary need was a streaming solution that worked in Indonesia and a few other countries that block some of the other streaming platforms. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use, price, and features in the platform. Getting up and running was easy and it was simple to integrate with our systems. I honestly would require it in any marketing organization I'm a part of. It's crucial to the digital marketing function in this day and age. There are no other video platforms that are this easy to use for our job. I appreciate the updates that come regularly to make it an even better product - you can tell the company is there actively trying to help its customers. I may not log in every day but those videos are up on the website, we upload weekly demo videos, and it is constantly running, bringing in views and active engagement of our audiences.
