**What do you like best about Wings4u?**

What I appreciated most about Wings4u was the clarity and structure they brought to the engagement from the outset. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a strong ability to understand the complexities of a software product, even when it was new to them. This enabled them to ask the right questions and effectively uncover the business outcomes and ROI insights that are most valuable in SaaS case studies. They guided both our team and our customers through the process exceptionally well, making collaboration smooth and efficient throughout.

**What do you dislike about Wings4u?**

I have no significant criticisms of Wings4u. The team was always responsive and willing to share content whenever requested. If I were to highlight one challenge, it would be that some project review timelines were quite tight, which occasionally made it difficult for us to align internally and meet deadlines.

**Recommendations to others considering Wings4u:**

I would confidently recommend Wings4u, particularly to organisations operating in the SaaS space. They demonstrated a strong understanding of both our customers' businesses and our own, as well as their role in facilitating an effective engagement process. From a content and technical perspective, I was particularly impressed by the structure of the case studies and the way they were presented on the website, which was both professional and visually appealing.

the team at Wings4u has helped us developing valuable and insightful case studies with our existing clients. the case studies were also published in our website and were also useful to our clients to prove internal business case for the adopted product.

**What do you like best about Wings4u?**

Wings4U has deep experience and expertise in all things Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Customer References, and Customer Lifecycle Marketing. They are able to jump in to address our joint clients' needs right away and exceed their expectations.

**What do you dislike about Wings4u?**

There aren't really any downsides, we just need to plan carefully what projects and needs to have Wings4U work on when SlapFive can't pass through the cost of their services to our clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Wings4u:**

Strongly consider Wings4U when you either need direction on creating a new customer program, have skills and bandwidth shortcomings in Customer Marketing, or need to revitalize a stale program.

**What problems is Wings4u solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wings4U is an extension of the SlapFive Customer Success team, helping our clients strategize, implement, and optimize their Customer Marketing, Customer Advocacy, and Customer Lifecycle programs. They have specialized skills that complement and extend what SlapFive delivers. Some of the specialized areas they help with:
- Formulate a customer marketing program strategy.
- Migrate data from legacy reference management and advocacy platforms.
- Build automated workflows.
- Coach and implement on using SlapFive AI Agents.

I found Wings4u to be a remarkable partner, greatly valuing their expertise, culture, and flexibility in staffing and contract options, along with their capability to deliver excellent results. Their technical expertise and capabilities were unique, which was a major factor in choosing them. They effectively helped us build a fully integrated system utilizing Salesforce, UserEvidence, and Slap5, while also staffing our reference management process. What I really appreciate is how they listen more than they speak, creating a path to success from day one. Their services function as a force multiplier for our team, significantly increasing our output. I truly enjoy working with them both professionally and personally due to the great results they drive.

**What do you dislike about Wings4u?**

There is nothing to dislike. These guys are PROs!! Customer advocacy projects involve many stakeholders, approvals, and dependencies, which can sometimes slow progress however W4U team's continued focus on communication and timeline transparency smooths over any blockers to create a delightful result.

**What problems is Wings4u solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wings4U played a key role in supporting the Voice of Customer program by managing the end-to-end customer storytelling process—from nomination and pipeline management through content production, publishing, and amplification. They coordinated stakeholders across the region, guided customers through approvals and interviews, produced high-quality written and video customer success stories, ensured compliance with brand standards, and helped showcase real customer outcomes to strengthen advocacy, drive demand, and support sales conversation

No downsides. They dont have an office in Singapore but are able to support via calls, email, zoom etc.
