**What do you like best about Revetize?**

Personal Service. I emailed with a general question about our account, and expected an auto-generated "check out FAQs" reply. Instead a LIVE person CALLED me to talk through my question. Jordan was quick to listen and assist! This is top-notch service. 

**What do you dislike about Revetize?**

...Maybe I would like the option to customize SMS messages per customer from the send screen, in addition to the current overall custom message? That might actually already be an option.. But it isn't something we have needed so far, so I haven't checked. Overall, I haven't seen anything I actually dislike and we have been using it for a long time now.

**What problems is Revetize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Revetize mainly to ask for feedback and reviews. It is SO easy! Our staff had a hard time remembering to ask for reviews in person and this has taken that "to-do" off of their plate. It means a lot that we can ask for feedback, allowing the chance to fix any problems that arise before that customer takes their problem to Google or Facebook.

**What do you like best about Revetize?**

Revetize has helped True Rest Float Spa retain clients, gain reviews, and send out bounce back coupons.  We love Revetize!

**What do you dislike about Revetize?**

Slow Platform.  Sometimes when we are using the platform it appears to be slow.  It might be on our side, I am not sure.  

**Recommendations to others considering Revetize:**

Give Revetize a look!  You will not be dissappointed!


**What problems is Revetize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client Retention.  Google Reviews.  Our reviews have sky rocketed.  Our client retention has increased.
