What do you like best about Captivate Collective?

What I like best about Captivate is is how genuinely kind and supportive they are while still bringing true thought leadership and deep expertise in customer advocacy. Every other week, we meet for a structured working session, and I send over an agenda of topics where I need ideas or guidance. They always come prepared, deliver thoughtful recommendations, and offer new perspectives I wouldn’t have considered on my own. What do you dislike about Captivate Collective?

There isn't anything I dislike. My consultant provides so many brilliant, actionable recommendations that I often times need to take a break to decompress and digest the information in order to execute. What I dislike—if anything—is that sometimes the pace of our internal decision-making makes it hard to fully capitalize on their momentum. Their frameworks are strong, but integrating them across teams can take longer than expected, which occasionally creates a gap between vision and execution timing.
