What do you like best about Toasty?

I was introduced to Toasty by one of my collogues when i had to process some disbursements.

When i accessed Toasty - i really felt intriguing exploring multiple type of gift card options that with predefined templates.

really love the designs on the card + themes the portal currently cater Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toasty?

I had difficulty logging into the portal as i was using my work-email id to do so. only when my colleague who was using it invited me - thats when i was able to access it.

Also - when i had to place the bulk order - the format was not really clear and the error the portal was throwing was also not clear. i had to do a lot of trail and error attempts to figure out - where was i going wrong as a first timer (it took more good 1.5-2 hrs to get it right). only if that section was helpful - i would have had a seamless exp Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Toasty?

What I like best about Toasty is how incredibly easy and intuitive it is to use. Whether you're sending a single gift card or managing a large-scale rewards campaign, the platform makes the process smooth and efficient. The wide variety of gift card options—especially the Toasty Choice Card—ensures recipients can select something they truly value, which adds a personal touch to every interaction. I also appreciate the fast digital delivery and the ability to customize messages and branding, which helps us maintain a professional and thoughtful experience for our clients and team. What do you dislike about Toasty?

While Toasty is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest limitation is the restricted international gift card options, which can be frustrating when trying to reward global team members or clients. Additionally, the design customization for gift cards is fairly limited, which impacts branding and personalization. Some users have also noted higher fees or minimum funding requirements that can be a barrier for smaller campaigns. Expanding these features would make Toasty even more versatile and impactful. What do you like best about Toasty?

I love that there's a lot of countries that Toasty is available in. Having that flexibility is the biggest reason why we went with Toasty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toasty?

I wish there was a little more flexibility in terms of creating email templates. I'd love to be able to save the body of the emails in the email templates, but I'm having a lot of trouble setting it up in that way. I also don't like that I can't see the full recipient list or the full body of the email and how their names may populate on the checkout page. What do you like best about Toasty?

Toasty is easy to administer and for recipients to redeem cards. I like that recipients can select the card that they prefer and that there is a refund option if any cards are not redeemed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toasty?

I wish there were more characters allowed in the from fields when sending cards. I would also like the option to format text from right to left when sending cards to Arabic-speaking recipients. "Great for Remote workers and a Global Company looking to share the love!"
What do you like best about Toasty?

What I love most about Toasty is that I can buy, send and organize giftcards for multiple people no matter the location. We have a lot of employees that work in Canada and the US and a lot of other sites make you jump through a lot of hoops to send to either/or. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toasty?

The only thing I would say is that I wish there was an edit option once you have placed an order, would love to be able to add or remove people from an order before the scheduled send time but honestly it is not a dealbreaker... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Toasty?

Christie and toasty was great to work with. I scheduled a call and told her about my use case. She listened and showed me how to complete my task while answering all my questions. I appreciated that she highlighted some of Toasty's features without me feeling like she was pushing product. What do you like best about Toasty?

We are a global team, with team members for different countries- rewarding team members used to be a challenge until we found Toasty. Toasty now lets us send tokens, rewards and gifts to our team members, no matter where they are in the world. Toasty makes it easy for us to reward, and for them to redeem! I noticed there have been inconsistencies with the partner merchants where we could redeem Toasty in specific countries, which has been a downside as team members would not be able to use it if the merchants are no good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Toasty?

I do wish there was a way to get a 'physical' version of the gift cards straight to our agency- even paper. Where I could pay for 15 $50 gift cards at one time, print those out, and hand those cards out at events as a thank you to folks for being there. I haven't explored this yet. What do you like best about Toasty?

I had a great experience using Toasty. The interface is streamlined and user-friendly, which made setting up and sending rewards a breeze.

I really appreciated being able to upload a spreadsheet with all recipients, and easily track all emails to ensure they went through.

I like that Toasty offers scheduling options - although I didn't use this feature myself, it's a thoughtful addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toasty?

The only (very minor) downside was that I couldn't upload my own photo for the gift card design. I would've liked the ability to personalize it a bit more.
