It's pretty hands-off from an employer's standpoint, which makes the process smooth for our company. The platform allows us to streamline operations and lets employees go directly to them. This gives us peace of mind knowing that they're in good hands, their questions are being answered, and they're being treated as though they're still a part of our company. The ease of setup was impressive too, with a very hands-on and responsive team that made the process so easy that I can't even remember the specifics. Additionally, the cost is fairly affordable, which is a great return on investment given what the platform provides employees during their exit, making the overall experience well worth it. **What do you dislike about When ™ Coverage?** I don't think that there's much that can be improved! It's a great platform. It would be nice in terms of improvement to see if there were integration possibilities with our HRIS or our payroll. **What problems is When ™ Coverage solving and how is that benefiting you?** When Platform eases the HR workload by providing separated employees access to ongoing healthcare and resources, ensuring a supportive transition. Because this is one of the most important decisions they will make after leaving, we were glad to find a partner that can help employees navigate the complexities of health insurance plans. Implementation was straightforward, and we received excellent customer support to help us determine stipends, set up automatic feeds, and review our health plans so they could provide the best possible service to our employees. Overall, it has been a meaningful benefit for our employees and for the firm. **What do you dislike about When ™ Coverage?** We haven’t experienced any negative impacts from implementing the platform.
