Because this is one of the most important decisions they will make after leaving, we were glad to find a partner that can help employees navigate the complexities of health insurance plans. Implementation was straightforward, and we received excellent customer support to help us determine stipends, set up automatic feeds, and review our health plans so they could provide the best possible service to our employees. We haven’t experienced any negative impacts from implementing the platform. My only wish is that our health care system weren’t so complex and that costs weren’t so high, so more people could more easily understand their options and afford their health care needs.
