Because this is one of the most important decisions they will make after leaving, we were glad to find a partner that can help employees navigate the complexities of health insurance plans. Implementation was straightforward, and we received excellent customer support to help us determine stipends, set up automatic feeds, and review our health plans so they could provide the best possible service to our employees. We haven’t experienced any negative impacts from implementing the platform. My only wish is that our health care system weren’t so complex and that costs weren’t so high, so more people could more easily understand their options and afford their health care needs. The When team has been great to work with, and they made implementation and integration incredibly easy for our company and employees. It’s been a valuable resource for employees who need medical coverage before they become eligible for our plans, when they leave the company, or when they’re simply looking for alternative options. Searching, comparing, and understanding medical plans on the ACA Marketplace can be overwhelming, and When makes the process much easier by doing the work for you and helping you find the best plan for you and your family.
