    What do you like best?

    Love the team. Our account managers have always been responsive and polite. Even when I ask for things that are impossible my concerns are taken seriously and alternate solutions are offered. WePay has worked closely with our team over the last 4 years. During that time they have taken our feedback seriously and made changes to their product to better serve our customers and our team.     What do you dislike?

    This isn't incredibly common, but I wish it was easier to manage multiple payment accounts. In cases where customers have multiple payment accounts running at once, it can be frustrating to have to setup withdrawals and KYC for each one individually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

    I work in GoFundMe's Trust and Safety team and WePay's risk engine and team add value to our work everyday. The systems that identify and block fraud donors are greatly augmented by a smart and responsive team that does an excellent job communicating with our team.
